"We sent thee not, but as a mercy for all creatures."
[Al-Qur’an 21:107]
Prophet Muhammed (Pbuh) is the Last and Final Messenger of Allah Almighty
Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, was born in 570 A.D. in Makkah in the Arabian Peninsula. In 610 A.D. and when he was forty years of age, he received revelation from Allah, i.e., God, through Angel Gabriel, who conveyed to Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, the first verse of the Holy Quran, which continues to be revealed in a piecemeal manner for twenty-three years, i.e., until the death of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, at the age of sixty-three.
The Holy Quran is the exact words of Allah, i.e., God, and is the main source of Islam. The second source of Islam is hadith, i.e., the traditions of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him. These traditions were also revealed to Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, by Allah. However, the difference between the revelation of the Holy Quran and the revelation of traditions is that the Holy Quran was revealed in words and meanings, whereas the traditions were revealed in meaning only. These prophetic traditions include three types: what the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said, what he did, and what he approved of.
These traditions explain the Holy Quran, or practically show how to perform acts of worship mentioned in the Holy Quran, or give details about brief Quranic verses, or specialize general indications in a Quranic verse, or add restrictions to it. A Muslim is to obey Allah through abiding by the Holy Quran and abiding by the prophetic traditions, because these traditions are revealed by Allah.
Following are selected quotations from the authentic ahadiths, and will be updated with new quotations frequently.

(Muslim:804)
Prophet Muhammed (Pbuh) said:-

Glorious Qur'an
While Jibril (Gabriel) was sitting with the Prophet (SAW), a sound was heard from above. He raised his head and Jibril said: ''This is a door in heaven opened today, it was never opened before, and an angel descended from it,
this is an angel coming to the earth who never descended before ''Then he greeted and said ''Be happy, for
two lights have been given to you that were given to no other Prophet before you. The opening Surah(Surah Fatiha)
and the last verses (Ayat) of Surah Al-Baqarah. Every letter you read of them, will be awarded for it''.
